What Escdark is. Escdark turns a screenshot of your work into a draft post, written in a voice you pick, and — when you say so — publishes it to your connected X account. You review every draft; nothing is ever posted without your action (or a schedule you explicitly set).
You sign in with your email via a magic link. You're responsible for what's published from your connected accounts through Escdark. One person per account.
Your first 3 posts are free — no card. After that, Escdark is a paid subscription priced by cadence (posts per day), billed weekly, monthly, or yearly through our merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which handles payment processing and applicable taxes globally. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
Your captures, drafts, and posts are yours. You give us permission to process them only to run the service (classify the capture, generate drafts, publish when you ask). We claim no ownership and never use your content to advertise or to train models.
Drafts are generated by an AI model from your capture and your settings. You are the editor and publisher: review before you post. You're responsible for what you publish, including accuracy and rights to anything shown in your captures.
Don't use Escdark to publish spam, harassment, deception (including undisclosed impersonation), or anything illegal. Don't capture and publish other people's private or confidential information. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service or the platforms it posts to.
We aim for Escdark to just work, but it's provided "as is" — X's API, payment rails, and AI providers can hiccup. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
The short version: we collect the minimum to run the service, nothing is read from your screen until you hit Capture, captures auto-delete on the schedule you pick, there are no ads, no analytics trackers, and we never sell your data.
We use a small set of processors, each only for its job: Anthropic (Claude — generates your drafts from your capture), Railway (hosting), Cloudflare (web serving & media storage), Resend (sign-in emails), Dodo Payments (billing), and X (publishing your posts). Your capture content is sent to Anthropic solely to generate your draft.
In Settings you can export everything we hold about you, disconnect X, change capture retention, or permanently delete your account and all data — self-serve, no email required. For anything else: support@escdark.com.
The first 3 posts are free precisely so you can judge Escdark before paying. If you subscribe and something's broken — or it just isn't what you hoped — email support@escdark.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it. No forms, no interrogation; we'd rather refund than argue.
Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your plan active until the end of the period you paid for. Yearly plans refunded after 14 days are prorated for unused full months.
